        Getting Ready

Mike & Chrissy had an elegant Georgia wedding during the summer despite the intense heat. I loved their big wedding party too because everyone seems to just have more fun when all their best friends are around. They exchanged gifts (iPad & Jordans) with each other, and then it was time for the ceremony. Thanks a ton to Mary Claire Photo & Video for her help during this wedding.

        The Elegant Georgia Wedding

They got married in a Catholic church and had a traditional service. It was very beautiful and full of opportunities to capture the joy of their elegant Georgia wedding. Being that we were in Roswell meant that we had to go to Old Mill Park, a staple in the city. After some portraits in the park it was time to go celebrate with everyone else.

        The Rest of the Night

This was hands down one of the best wedding receptions I’ve ever been too. These guys know how to throw a party, and everyone there was into it. I love the dancing part of the night. I love getting right in there with them and having fun. It’s the best way to get great dancing photos. You can’t shoot it from the outside. You got to put on your wide-angle lens and just get in there with everyone else. The guests usually love seeing you get in there and will always pose for you. Eventually, things wound down, and after a perfect dinner and hours of revelry, Mike and Chrissy drove off. The weddings this summer just kept getting better and better.
