FAQ

There are two main reasons for having a second. One, it provides you with more photos. Roughly 150-300 extra photos than you would normally receive. Secondly, they are shooting a second angle of everything I do. For example, a close shot of the first kiss and a wide shot of the moment.

Do we need a second shooter?

For weddings, I will get them all finished in about 4-6 weeks, if not sooner. It fluctuates with the season, but I never sacrifice quality for a quick turnaround. For everything else, you can expect to see them in 1-2 weeks.

When do we get our photos?

How many photos do we get?

For weddings it's roughly 600-800. However it varies based on size of the wedding, hours of coverage, and whether or not you book a second shooter. For non-weddings it varies based on event, I can provide details as needed.

Yes, my gear is insured and I have personal liability insurance as well. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Do you have insurance?

Does travel for shoots cost extra?

For shoots within an hour away, no. If it's more than an hour I require gas reimbursement based on distance. If the event calls for me to stay somewhere overnight, I require lodging/airfare as well (as needed).

What gear do you use?

Top-of-the-line Canon gear. I have a Canon EOS R and a Canon 5Dmk4 as bodies. For lenses, I have a Canon 35mm f/1.4L II, a Canon 85mm f/1.4L, and a Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L II.
